For us, coffee has always been about more than what is in the cup. It is about the people behind it, the conversations it creates and the connections built around it.

From the farmers and producers who carefully grow and process the coffee, to the people who roast, brew and enjoy it, every step is part of a larger community.

We believe strong relationships are essential for the future of coffee. That is why we invest time in connecting with the people behind the coffees we roast, visiting origins whenever possible and building long-term relationships with producers and partners.

By understanding where our coffees come from and the people behind them, we can share better stories, make more informed choices and continue to support a more transparent and connected coffee community.

At Dees Koffiebranders, we want to bring these stories closer to people. By sharing knowledge, exploring new coffees and creating a welcoming place in Bruges, we hope to make specialty coffee more accessible while continuing to move the coffee industry forward.

Our story

Dees Koffiebranders started from a passion for coffee and a desire to do things differently. What began as a small roasting project has grown into a coffee roastery and bar in the heart of Bruges, built by people who share the same curiosity, dedication and love for coffee.

We are proud to be a hands-on, people-driven team. We believe great coffee is not created by following a standard formula, but by constantly learning, experimenting and working together.

From approachable everyday coffees to rare and innovative lots, we want to help people discover the diversity of specialty coffee. We believe coffee is constantly evolving, and we want to be part of that movement by introducing new origins, varieties and processing methods while keeping specialty coffee accessible and enjoyable.

Today, Dees Koffiebranders combines roasting, hospitality and education, creating a place where people can discover coffee, connect with others and experience the stories behind every cup.
