Muduku - Uganda
This coffee from Uganda is a delicious showcase of the complexity of the country's terroir. We import it through our good friends at Falcon, through whom we met the founder of "The Coffee Gardens" processing facility.
The Coffee Gardens is a beautiful project run by Dana & Shakeel, who have made it their mission to help bring Ugandan coffees to their full potential. We met them during a roasting summit back in 2025 and, inspired by their story, decided to bring their coffees to our table.
The amount of transparency and focus on ever-increasing quality makes these coffees unique. This Muduku lot is a true gem, featuring sweet layers of orange & honey with a lemon-like, juicy acidity. The body is accompanied by a nutty aftertaste which makes the coffee linger on the tongue.
