Nestled between two mountains in Huehuetenango, Finca La Bolsa thrives in a humid microclimate with limestone-rich soils that create a coffee of remarkable depth and balance. Founded in 1958 by Dr. Jorge Vides, a local physician turned coffee pioneer, the farm has earned global recognition for both its exceptional quality and its strong commitment to community and sustainability—winning second place in the 2002 Cup of Excellence.

In the cup, this coffee is smooth and full-bodied, with layered notes of orange and red fruits, a touch of chocolate and praline sweetness, and a lingering finish reminiscent of digestive biscuits and prune.
